A refund will only be offered where ground conditions from prolonged rain make the ground conditions untenable. A refund will not be offered for any other reason.

Unwell Dogs
Do not bring dogs who appear unwell, have been coughing or with symptoms of sickness and/or diarrhoea; this includes dogs who may have an infectious disease or are known to have been in contact with an infected animal.
As part of being a 'responsible dog owner' it is expected that dogs are vaccinated and wormed.
Dog Social Meetings
By attending any Dog Meeting, you are accepting liabilities and the risks for injuries to yourself and your dog from fast, free-running play and interaction with other dogs. Also, should your dog become involved in a spat or fight with another dog(s) or person causing injury/loss, you will be responsible, along with the other parties involved, for any costs incurred.
Please check your pet insurance policy cover for any costs that may be incurred.
Although we offer advice to curb inappropriate behaviour and fast running dogs, we cannot be held responsible for the poor behaviour of dogs or any costs or losses at Ohmydog.
Dog's temperaments may initially require an assessment for suitability on arrival. This is to ensure all dogs will benefit from free-running and off-lead play activities with other dogs. During the meeting, please assist to watch your dog for inappropriate behaviour, such as bothering, forceful play or dominating others.
A brief period on lead may be enough to diminish or distract from these tendencies. A dog that persistently displays unsuitable behaviour may not be ready for free running social activities and may be asked to leave the meeting for the benefit of the dog or that of others.
Adult male dogs are only accepted if they are castrated. Bitches in season cannot attend a meeting for 3 to 4 weeks from onset.
Extendable leads are not allowed at group meetings, as deemed unsafe in group activities.
All dog waste to be picked up and the bagged waste placed in the bins provided.
Inappropriate Dog Behaviour at Group Dog Meetings
We retain the right to ask you not to bring back any dogs that show signs of aggressive or anti-social behaviour towards other dogs or people.
